-This program is not dental insurance, it’s a discount savings plan and can ONLY be used at Precision Smiles Dental
-This plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other dental insurance plan, discount plan, coupons or offers.
-This plan cannot be used for services or injuries covered under workman’s compensation for dental care that is covered under any medical insurance policy
-This plan cannot be used for any treatment which, in the sole judgment of the treating dentist, lies outside of their scope of work/expertise.
